The human body was simply not designed to live in the modern world that we have created. Virtually everything we do in everyday life, whether is be your commute to work, sitting at your desk, or even the shoes that we wear are throwing us out of balance. An unbalanced body will eventually break down. Unfortunately the signs and symptoms of this degenerative process do not always appear until it is simply too late to correct. It is common for most people to do some basic stretching before a workout, however most people in modern society simply do not move enough, and certainly do not mobilize their body on a daily basis. Each of my patients is prescribed MOBility "homework" to do on a daily basis.
